    Responsibilities

    This role is responsible for sourcing, identifying, recruiting, and pre-screening all levels of professional, technical, and business candidates, with a heavy focus on hard to fill technical positions. The person in this position will develop sourcing strategies and techniques to ensure effectiveness in meeting organizational goals and objectives..

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with hiring managers to assess and prioritize staffing requirements.
    • Conduct recruitment activities for technical, senior and/or hard to fill positions within the company including candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone screening, and in-person interviews.
    • Manage and coordinate college recruiting and college fairs.
    • Ensure applicants match experience with specific job related requirements.
    • Proactively source, identify, and recruit passive candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods such as networking and internet recruiting to build strong, timely pipelines for open positions.
    • Detailed management of candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
    • Conduct analysis on reporting on recruitment and data metrics
    • Ensure all pre-employment candidate requirements are met, including background checks
    • Dedicated support to a group of consultants across multi-geographic regions within the US
    • Engaging with candidates within a specialized market, qualifying their experience and knowledge against specific requirements
    •  High level search & data mining using a number of in-house and online tools including recruiting platforms and social media
    • Participation in ongoing training to ensure continuous development of search and delivery skills in order to provide high level results
    • Ongoing development of creative writing skills to provide a fresh approach to passive candidates
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalentand 5-7 years of experience
    • You have experience working as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes in a dynamic environment. It will be a plus if you also have experience from the agency side working on high-level roles
    • You have experience and enjoy working in a competitive market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a stakeholder management perspective
    • You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those “diamonds in the rough”
    • You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
    • You are a team player and you strive for having great collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
    • You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
    • You have excellent time management skills
    • You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews has a unique and positive experience
    • Finally, you are a great teammate that loves to have fun at work and contributes with your experience
    • Prior experience with government contractors preferred
