    A/P Specialist Primary Duties:

    • Enter all AP invoices
    • Perform 3 way matching process when required
    • Work with suppliers, requestor, procurement and receiving to facilitate the timely resolution of outstanding transactions, invoice holds and payment issues.
    • Prepare weekly payment runs
    • Review vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve issues.
    • Learn chart of accounts and organization structure and be able to code invoices when required
    • Ensure proper customer service is delivered to internal and external customers.
    • Perform filing duties and other administrative functions as needed
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Associate's degree and two years of related work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Government accounting preferred.
    • Deltek/Costpoint experience preferred
    • Visual experience preferred
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel
    • Be able to communicate effectively in a dynamic environment
