    The primary focus of the Enterprise Application Administrator role is to execute application administrative tasks to support the user community. In addition, the Administrator is required to provide application training, documentation, and support process improvement efforts. The role is responsible for working on solutions to address incidents related to Enterprise applications. The main responsibility is to perform day-to-day application administrative tasks, provide user training, update application / end-user documentation, and generally ensure that issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.


    Essential Functions

    Administer Third Party tools based on company requirements

    Edit existing reports and develop custom reports using reporting tools

    Manage ticket queue and prioritize work based on Management directives

    Analyze system errors and work with operations, accounting, program management and stakeholders to correct and/or assist in problem resolution

    Participate in design of business solutions

    Assist in creating Business Requirement documents, Workflow diagrams, work instructions and procedures

    Write training material for defined applications

    Build and own end user relationships, securing commitment and resolving conflict.

    Evaluate and prioritize activities to align with key management objectives and directives


    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance or equivalent experience


    Understanding of ERP systems, report writing and best practices in business

    Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Learn quickly and adapt in a changing environment

    Ability to create reports using reporting tools

    Ability to create documentation and training material.

    Strong internal customer service skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work independently, and with others in a collaborative, deadline-sensitive environment.
    Ability to create and maintain schedules and track actionable information

    Knowledge of MRP and Inventory practices
