    Responsibilities

    Job purpose:

     Candidate will participate in the execution of the Configuration Management (CM) Change process for the Maritime division supporting military design and production contracts. The candidate will perform as Configuration Management and Document Control Support on projects. 

     

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    1. Review, release and process documents and engineering changes per documented procedures
    2. Upload and download files using customer data management systems
    3. Assist in maintaining Configuration Status Accounting Records (CSAR)
    4. Assist in auditing and reporting of metrics
    5. Update logs, databases and records
    6. Schedule and record meeting information for CCB events

    Required knowledge:

    Microsoft Tools - Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & Microsoft Outlook

     

    Required Skills

    • Ideal candidate will possess analytical skills with close attention to detail and the ability to learn/adapt quickly.
    • The candidate will possess skills to read mechanical and electrical drawings and product specifications.
    • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization

    Qualifications:

    This position requires a High School diploma, BS/BA preferred, and 2-4 years of related computer experience. Knowledge and experience with advanced levels of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, is required.

    Candidate must be a self-starter and display excellent analytical skill.
