We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the HR team to drive ongoing hiring and onboarding needs throughout the organization.  This is a great opportunity to be on the forefront of bringing new talent into an exciting engineering atmosphere where we pride ourselves on creating and manufacturing state of the art products for both military and commercial customers.  Our fast-paced environment is guaranteed to enhance your sourcing and recruiting skills while developing a dynamic talent pool and shaping the organization’s recruiting strategies and new hire experience.



  • Manage the life cycle of all employment requisitions within the organization
  • Perform in depth requisition intake with hiring managers to fully comprehend the requirements of roles and how they fit in the organization
  • Maintain an active relationship with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback on resumes and interviews
  • Use social media tools to connect with prospective candidates and promote the organization’s open positions
  • Act as the main point of contact to ensure an excellent experience for candidates from initial encounter throughout the interview process and offer stages
  • Utilize the ATS as the hub of information, generating status reports and metrics for management
  • Perform onboarding activities including completing new hire paperwork, entering data into the HRIS, and coordinating orientation schedules
  • Attend networking events, career fairs, and other specialized engineering events to promote the organization and expand our talent pool
  • Adopt our Affirmative Action Plan and perform outreach activities to meet our goals and diversify our workforce
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • High proficiency utilizing social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Propensity to engage active and passive candidates
  • Self-starter with the capacity to collaborate
  • Willingness to attend events nights/weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of recruiting, sourcing, and HR administrative functions
  • Experience using an ATS required, iCims preferred
